Knowing Santa Monica means knowing that different parts of the city have completely different rhythms — from Sunday strolling on Montana Avenue to Main Street and the Ocean Park Farmers Market.
It means walking to the beach, riding a bike underneath the pier, watching acroyoga on the grass, and understanding why people are willing to pay a premium to have all of that outside their door.
Our broker has even worked out with Santa Monica firefighters on the Fourth Street stairs. These details don't make someone a better property manager by themselves, but they do reflect something that matters to us: we actually spend time in the communities we manage.

Keybox manages Santa Monica single-family homes, condominiums and smaller multifamily properties. Each comes with different maintenance, leasing and ownership considerations, so we don't believe in treating every property as another identical unit in a portfolio.
Owners can choose full-service management or use Keybox strictly for professional leasing and tenant placement.
