Residential Property ManagerShe started as an on-site resident manager in West Hollywood for a 45-unit building called Villa Rosa at Sunset and Fairfax, with tenants including the likes of So You Think You Can Dance stars, actors, comedians, interior designers, music video directors.
Next, she worked as an on-site resident manager in a 110-unit building called Pacific Ocean Apartments at 6th and Bay in Ocean Park in Santa Monica. She also helped out with hundreds of units in the Westside portfolio- in Playa del Rey, Marina del Rey, Sawtelle, Westwood, and Palms. She was known for creating systems and solutions, while building a great network of reliable vendors. |
Starting KeyboxMelanie obtained her Broker's license in 2016 and started the Keybox masthead. She found that there was a real need for management of house and condo rentals, and small HOAs. As Keybox's broker she's also mediated many millions of dollars in successful purchases and sales. You name it, she's handled it- off-market, competitive offers, bidding war, tenant-turned-buyer, and complicated time-sensitive transactions. There aren't too many brokers who can find THE guy to relocate a possom while also making sure you've got the winning offer on a beachfront Redondo Beach condo.

Making it HappenResponsible for over 40 properties, Melanie’s all about knowledgeable lightning-fast communication and personalized attention. She makes sure her residents are well-cared for while fostering dogs, scouting real estate, and volunteering. She speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
She believes in 2 mottos for her clients: (1) where there is a will, there is a way, and (2) the answer is "Yes." She works doggedly to bring ideas to fruition. It’s all about making the process smooth with reliable expertise and kind, thoughtful people around here! |
